Geneva Coordinator Induction Training Course Graduates July 2019

To ensure that we give the best support to our Clients and Support Workers, all of our new Homecare Coordinators go through an 8-week training programme. It is designed to provide them with all the right skills to get them off to the right start.

This week we congratulate both Payal and Neptune for completing the Induction Training Course. Both are now part of Geneva’s New Client Onboarding Team. Coming from all different industries and backgrounds, this was a big learning curve for each of them, and they graduated with flying colours. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and cannot wait to see them shine.

Payal has become one of our New Client Onboarding Consultants supporting our new Clients in the central North Island. Her knowledge of the industry and her big smile has made her a fantastic addition to the team.

Neptune has also become one of our New Client Onboarding Consultants supporting our new Clients in South Auckland. Neptune has shown incredible calmness and determination in this demanding role. She has shown how hard work and having a calm demeanour can make you an extraordinary Coordinator.
