It is designed to provide them with all the right skills to get them off to the right start. This week we congratulate both Payal and Neptune for completing the Induction Training Course. Both are now part of Geneva’s New Client Onboarding Team. Coming from all different industries and backgrounds, this was a big learning curve for each of them, and they graduated with flying colours. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and cannot wait to see them shine. I have a fantastic team and Team Leader; they are so supportive and fun to work with. This role has expanded my knowledge of the healthcare industry. Geneva Healthcare is a great place to work at, and the Care Coordinator role is the right fit for me, says Payal. Payal has become one of our New Client Onboarding Consultants supporting our new Clients in the central North Island. Her knowledge of the industry and her big smile has made her a fantastic addition to the team. I took on this role to challenge myself, and it has provided me with new lessons from day one. I have grown since joining and feel that I have become stronger as a person each day, says Neptune. Neptune has also become one of our New Client Onboarding Consultants supporting our new Clients in South Auckland. Neptune has shown incredible calmness and determination in this demanding role. She has shown how hard work and having a calm demeanour can make you an extraordinary Coordinator. We offer real career opportunities, competitive rates, free training with an option to earn while you learn, and the flexibility of permanent, part-time or casual work. Are you interested in developing your career, making a difference in someone’s life and becoming a Care Coordinator? Send your CV to Danielle on [email protected] to join our fantastic team. We are the only healthcare provider and recruitment company to receive the 2018 YWCA Best Practice Compact Award for proving our commitment to equal pay and gender diversity within our organisation.
