Seating To Go recently hosted the 3rd Oceania Seating Symposium, an international event focusing on wheeled mobility and seating. Over 365 attendees from 17 countries joined for the three-day virtual conference.
The opening speaker was our very own Amanda Lowry, a Seating To Go service user. Amanda has a spinal injury from a surfing accident nine years ago. She is currently working towards a PhD examining welfare and care in high-performance disability sports that will help make it possible for minority groups, including people with disability, to feel included.

“Stunning. Laughter, tears and superb insights. What a brilliant and inspiring presentation.”
“Love your message, Amanda! With our Whole Health Initiative in the VA in the US, instead of "What's the matter with you?" . . . we ask "What matters TO you?" You are living "whole health." Thank you for sharing your expertise and inspiration!”
