Fully funded service
If you’re on a benefit from Work and Income, you’ll generally be eligible to access our services for free.
To check if you’re eligible, speak to your Case Manager at Work and Income, or visit their website for more information.
Privately paid service
Alternatively, if you aren’t eligible for fully funded support, you can privately pay for our service using your own money. Talk with our team to discuss pricing and support options.
You can start your employment journey straight away. There are no waitlists for this service.
You’ll continue to receive regular check-ins and support for at least 12 months.
Every disability or health condition is different, which is why we provide one-on-one support tailored to your needs and preferences.

Alternatively, your Case Manager from Work & Income can refer you to us by sending the referral information to [email protected]. We will then assess the referral to see if we’re able to provide our services.

Q: How long does it take to find a job that’s right for me?
A: The amount of time and effort it takes to find a job that’s right for you depends on your flexibility, your training and skills, the level of accessibility and support from potential employers, and how many jobs are available.

A: There are many great benefits to being employed. We can talk you through the process and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Q: What happens if I don’t like the job I get?
A: Finding the job that’s right for you is important. If you’ve given a job a go and decided that it’s not for you, we can continue to support you to find another job.
Q: I currently have a job but I’m looking to change. Can you help me?
A: Our support is tailored to individual circumstances. While our focus is on helping people find suitable employment, there may be situations where we can assist you in transitioning to a new role. If you’re considering a change due to barriers in your current job or needing additional support to thrive in a new workplace, get in touch with us to discuss your situation. We’ll explore whether we can help and guide you to the right resources.
