Troy Dibble

General Manager - Service Centre

Troy benefits from an extensive 18-year background in contact centre and operational management, and brought his formidable skillset to Geneva Healthcare in 2018. He has held various roles within our Homecare Team since then, spearheading the delivery of Home & Community-based healthcare services to our clients all over Aotearoa New Zealand.

Troy is responsible for overall operational management of our Homecare Team. This includes close cooperation with our Funders and Clinical Teams to facilitate the provision of integrated, clinically led, and client-focused services. Troy is dedicated to the professional development of our workforce and the continuous improvement of our organisation to ensure positive results for the individuals we support in the community.

In addition to his operational duties, Troy is an active and passionate advocate for diversity within our business and our wider New Zealand Health Group companies, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all that we do.

Since joining Geneva Healthcare, Troy has been a proponent of a client-centric, solution-focused approach to client care and utilises his professional background to collaborate with our frontline teams to achieve these results. Troy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from The University of Auckland.

TK Kaka

Operations Manager

TK (Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Hine) is our Operations Manager, he leads and directs our ACC funded in home and community support services specialising in the delivery of exceptional services to our kiritaki who require complex cares within their home environment and communities.

TK’s responsibilities extend to managing our ongoing relationships with partnered care providers across the motu and takes charge of streamlining our business operations. This involves identifying, challenging, and updating systems and processes to pave the way for our continued success. TK holds a BSc in Physiology & Anatomy (Otago) and has several years of leadership experience in homecare and coordination. Since joining Geneva in 2018, his journey has taken TK into roles throughout our Home & Community Services division. This has formed him into a well-rounded and knowledgeable manager who is passionate about bringing a collaborative and positive leadership style into the workplace. TK’s most important goal is empowering our team members to improve the lives of our kiritaki and kaimahi all over Aotearoa New Zealand. TK continues to advance our aim of delivering excellent care and to be New Zealand’s provider of choice.

Neelam Chandra

Te Whatu Ora Services Manager

Neelam is responsible for the delivery of service to those people we support whose care is funded by Te Whatu Ora. She oversees the kaimahi who provide the care and provides leadership and development for her team of coordinators who service these kiritaki.

Neelam has been with Geneva since 2018, broadening her knowledge and expertise within Home & Community Services by embracing all opportunities presented to her. She is dedicated to creating an environment where collaboration flourishes and Care Coordinators feel empowered to make a meaningful difference for those supported by Geneva Healthcare.

Saiurie Naidoo

Whaikaha Services Manager

Saiurie leads the team of coordinators from our Whaikaha funded services, who provide care for our Kiritaki and support them to live their best lives in their own homes and communities.

Since being welcomed into the Geneva Whānau in 2018, Saiurie has taken on a variety of challenges which has shaped her into a leader who is a subject matter expert, highly process driven and can quickly identify and understand the needs of our Tāngata Whaiora.

Saiurie holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Auckland) and with wealth of knowledge of health in Aotearoa, she promotes a holistic, people-centred approach and is committed to the wellbeing of our Kiritaki, kaimahi, and her team.

Theresa McEntee

Clinical Services Leader

As our leader of Clinical Services for Geneva Healthcare, Theresa is responsible for ensuring our team of Registered Health Professionals provide up to date clinical expertise, oversight, support, guidance, and education to the people we support, kaimahi, and teams within our wider organisation in a timely and efficient manner.

Theresa has a background in Nursing and has many years of experience working within Home & Community Services in different settings and roles. This gives her a depth of practical understanding in all aspects of care for our kiritaki, their whānau and kaimahi. She works closely with her team who all have high levels of nursing knowledge and experience, to ensure that the people we support are served by dedicated, expert professionals.

Ella Cruz

Quality Team Lead

Ella joined Geneva Healthcare as the Quality Team Lead in October 2024. She brings several years of experience across various sectors including key roles in healthcare, such as healthcare regulation and quality improvement. With a conjoint bachelor’s degree (Law and Arts) and a post-graduate qualification in Mental Health, Ella is passionate about driving positive change and achieving equitable outcomes.

As Quality Team Lead, Ella oversees a team of Advisors and Coordinators dedicated to ensuring excellent quality of care and driving improvements. This ensures that Geneva Healthcare services consistently meet the highest standards and enhance the overall experience for our kiritaki and their whānau.

Ann Liang

Financial Controller (CA, CPA, MBA)

Ann Liang is Financial Controller of Geneva Healthcare and leads our Finance team who manage the company’s financial health, budgeting, financing new projects, and advises on new investment opportunities.

Before joining Geneva Healthcare in 2012,  Ann worked in one of the world’s largest recruitment companies. She brings over 10 years of experience in finance and is a full member of Chartered Accountants Australian and New Zealand, CPA Australia and gained a degree of Master of Business Administration.

Jodi Harper

Referrals & Onboarding Manager

Jodi joined Geneva Healthcare on April 14, 2014, initially serving as a Coordinator for the Northland area. With a robust background in logistics and distribution, including a tenure as a Warehouse Manager and several years at ACC, Jodi transitioned to the health sector, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective.

Currently, Jodi holds the position of Onboarding and Referrals Team Manager, where she leads a dedicated team of kaimahi. Jodi’s team is committed to ensuring that kiritaki receive exceptional care during the initial stages of their journey with Geneva Healthcare. Jodi is deeply passionate about healthcare, driven by the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients’ lives, ensuring their safety and happiness in their homes. Jodi’s primary goal is to empower her kaimahi to facilitate a smooth and seamless transition for kiritaki into Geneva’s services, and providing  comprehensive support and guidance for kiritaki across New Zealand.

Emma Park

Customer Support and After Hours Service Manager

Emma joined our team in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree. Prior to joining Geneva, she served as a clinic manager, where she led a customer-facing and administrative team for nearly two years. This role provided her with valuable insights into managing healthcare operations and delivering exceptional service.

Currently, as our Customer Support and Afterhours Manager, Emma ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the team, promptly addresses customer issues, and innovates strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Emma is a collaborative leader with a passion for the continuous improvement of both our kiritaki and kaimahi. Her leadership style is characterized by a commitment to fostering a supportive and positive work environment, empowering her team to excel in their roles. Emma’s dedication to client-centred care and her holistic approach to healthcare make her an invaluable asset to Geneva Healthcare.

Shane Rossiter

ACC & Specialist Team Manager

Shane joined Geneva Healthcare in 2020 and has since made significant strides within the organization. Starting as a Care Coordinator, Shane’s kiritaki-centric approach and problem-solving skills quickly led to a promotion to Complex Coordinator. Currently, Shane serves as the Team Manager for the ACC & Specialist team.

In this role, Shane oversees the delivery of services for kiritaki whose care is funded by ACC, as well as for our complex and medically fragile children in the community. Shane brings a wealth of experience from managing kaimahi in various sectors, enriching the Geneva operational team with diverse insights and expertise.

Shane is dedicated to supporting kiritaki, enhancing and maintaining their quality of life. Passionate about providing the best service, Shane fosters strong relationships of trust with both kiritaki and kaimahi.

Tom Woodman

Partner Manager

Tom is responsible for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high standards of operations with our contracted partners nationwide. Additionally, Tom’s role connects our national homecare operational teams with the wider New Zealand Health Group, allowing the people we support to access a broader range of services.

Since joining the team in 2020, Tom has worked within our client management team, where his passion and attention to detail were quickly recognized, leading to a transition into our business partnering space.

Tom has a diverse background in healthcare, hospitality, and sciences. He is highly passionate about collaboration, contract management, identifying opportunities within our operational processes, and training to help us adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment.
