To ensure that we give the best of care to our Geneva Clients, all of our new Care Coordinators go through an 8-week training programme designed to provide them with all the skills they need to help manage your care. This week we want to congratulate Ana, Holly, Caitlin, Ruchika, Sa and Saiyda for completing the ‘Care Coordinator Induction Training Course’. All are now part of Geneva’s Client Management Team & New Client Onboarding Team. Coming from all different industries and backgrounds, this was a big learning curve for each of them, and they graduated with flying colours. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and cannot wait to see them shine. I have loved every minute of it. It has come with a lot of stress and pressure, but it is one of the most rewarding roles I have had says Ana. Ana joined Geneva and has become one of our New Client Onboarding Consultants, supporting our new Northland Clients. She has been a bright and bubbly star from day one with the busy role. This role is shaping me to become a stronger person day by day. I took on this role for a challenge, and this has provided me with learning opportunities from the start says Holly. Holly has joined Geneva as a Client Management Coordinator assisting Ministry of Health Clients in Central North Island right down to Wellington/Wairarapa. Holly has shown incredible strength and determination to keep going every day with all the tasks she has faced. She loves the work she does each day. This role has been right up my alley with supporting people from all walks of life and using my previous experience to relate to my Clients and Support Workers says Caitlin. Caitlin has transitioned well from day one to be a fully competent Care Coordinator working with our existing Northland Clients in our Client Management Team. She has received nothing but compliments about how she works seamlessly with strong communication skills. My goal eventually is to manage a healthcare facility or hospital. This has given me my first insight into how exciting the healthcare industry is and how we can do everything we can for each person we work with even from a distance says Ruchika. Ruchika recently finished her studies and wanted her first taste of the Healthcare industry, which she has shown nothing but impressive skills. She has been a fantastic asset to the Client Management Team, assisting the Orewa Clients and Support Workers. I started off working with our Rapid Response Team, but I wanted the chance to work more closely with our Clients and Support Workers and learn how I can best assist them individually says Saiyda. Saiyda moved from our Rapid Response Team to our Client Management Team to assist ACC Clients within the Auckland region. Saiyda is always striving to be the best for her Clients. Absent – Since Sa joined Geneva, she has been working with mainly our ACC Clients across the North Island. Sa is an experienced Coordinator and has bought her calm and lively personality to the Client Management Team. She has already come up against some significant challenges which have pushed her to become a better Coordinator. If you are interested in developing your career, making a difference in someone’s life and becoming a Care Coordinator, please send through your CV to Danielle Harrison on [email protected] to join our fantastic team today.
