Your Enabling Good Lives (EGL) iThrive Disability plan gives you professional and caring support from our team who will be there with you every step of the way.

  • You can choose the items and the type of support you need, how much, when and how you receive them
  • You and your family have the option to organise your support services (find services and manage payments yourself), OR YOU CAN LEAVE IT WITH US TO MAKE IT EASIER AND ARRANGE EVERYTHING FOR YOU so you can spend more time enjoying the more important things in life
  • There is no cost to you. Your Enabling Good Lives (EGL) Flexible Disability Support funding from the government will be allocated for this

  • We can support you with our trained and qualified, security-checked, Geneva Certified workers who are carefully selected to match your needs
  • Our Nursing and Allied Health teams are involved in developing your support plan as well as an assessment of the health and safety factors to ensure we provide your support in a safe and respectful way
  • We are on call 24/7 and your Service Coordinator will have regular check ins with you, and on your instructions, adjust your plan and review your budget so your support services continue to meet your changing needs and preferences

  • We’ve got your back and we will be there to resolve any concern and put right any situation should they arise.
