Preet Kamal has completed Masters in Physiotherapy in 2008. She is a registered member with Physiotherapy, New Zealand and New Zealand Rehabilitation Association. Apart from being a registered physiotherapist in NZ, she is also a registered in United Kingdom and India. She has over 9 years of experience in musculoskeletal, neurology, sports-injuries, and paediatrics. Her approach mainly combines manual therapy/trigger point/myofascial techniques with an interest in falls prevention and elder population. She assists patients to get empowered by taking control of their own conditions through education, and individual specific rehabilitation programs.
Preet Kamal has also been a clinical educator for undergraduate and post-graduate students, and a supervisor for graduate and post graduate students in their research projects. She is also associated with various projects and programs with Brain Research, New Zealand. She is multilingual with fluent in speaking English, Punjabi, and Hindi. In her spare time, Preet Kamal enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Lisa is a New Zealand registered Physiotherapist, originally from California. She graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2022, and has 18 years of experience combined in the athletic training and sport science industry in the USA and NZ. She has worked with youth, adult club, professional, Olympic athletes, and tertiary education in a sport science context. Her prior qualifications include: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Athletic Training (2005), Master of Science in Sports Biomechanics (2008), and Doctor of Philosophy in Sport & Exercise (2013).
Lisa is passionate about providing a comprehensive physiotherapy service to enhance day to day function of those in the local community to help people re-engage with lifestyle, work, or fitness goals following injury. Lisa’s physiotherapy style combines manual therapy with exercise prescription and patient education toward self-management and prevention of injury reoccurrence. She is experienced in return-to-work contracts, gym-based functional rehabilitation, falls prevention, and Careway contracts. She has skills and experience in teaching and education, exercise prescription, biomechanics analysis, quantitative strength assessment, massage, joint mobilisation, taping/bracing, and dry needling.
Mark graduated from the University of Otago in 2023 with a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy. He also used to be a swimming instructor at a private swimming school. Mark has shown a special interest in lower back pain management since his placements at the Physiotherapy School. He always believed that the in-session manual techniques and self-directed home exercises are essential in back pain management. He is a passionate musculoskeletal physiotherapist keen to help his clients achieve their goals and bring them back to the wonderful.
Pang is a NZ registered Physiotherapist. Before graduating from AUT with a bachelor’s degree in health science (Physiotherapy) in 2021, he had been a qualified Personal Trainer for 9 years and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise. He is client-centered and applies both exercise and manual therapy to help his clients achieve their goals.
Pang is passionate about helping people return to their daily activities and regain quality of life. He believes transitioning from a personal trainer to a physiotherapist has equipped him with a unique skillset which allows him to utilize his sports science background to guide his rehabilitation plans.
