Geneva Coordinator Induction Training Course Graduates

To ensure that we give the best of care to our Geneva Clients, all of our new Care Coordinators go through an 8-week training programme designed to give them all the skills they need to help manage your care.

This week we want to congratulate Anna, Tevita, Te Aue, Sonny and Melanie for completing the Care Coordinator Induction Training Course. All are now part of Geneva’s Client Management Team covering the wider Auckland area. Coming from all different industries and backgrounds, this was a big learning curve for each of them and they graduated with flying colours. We are extremely proud of their achievements and cannot wait to see them shine.

What I like about this role is that it has many challenges, which turn into new lessons every day. I feel like I’m always learning

says Anna.

Anna is now covering the West Auckland area. Despite being new to the industry, she has proven her confidence when handling given tasks and completes them to the highest standard.

I love talking with all my Clients and Support Workers and helping them with whatever their query may be

says Tevita, who is covering the North Shore area. His vibrant and quirky personality has made him a star on the team.

Each day, I feel more driven to work harder for my Clients and Support Workers and to provide the best service for them

says Te Aue, who is covering the West/North Auckland area. With previous experience in healthcare, Te Anue brought on board with him great knowledge that allows him to better connect with his Clients and he has been working very well under pressure with a calm demeanour.

This role gives me all the aspects I want in a job – challenges, helping people and making a difference in someone’s life. I love how friendly and supportive Management are, which makes my work life a lot easier

says Sonny, who covers the West Auckland area. He is absolutely keen to help everyone whom he works with and enjoys coming to work every day.

Absent from the photo, another new star in our family is Melanie who is covering our Hibiscus Coast area. Melanie’s previous experience as a Support Worker has given her a great opportunity to step up into this new role. She has proven her ability to provide great support to both our Clients and Support Workers.
